The Virginia Peninsula Literary Consortium partners believe in the importance of the written word and the value of reading and writing.
Every year, the Virginia Peninsula Literary Consortium (VPLC) will bring regionally and nationally-recognized authors to entertain and inspire the citizens of the Virginia Peninsula.
